What does it take to be a great leader? It definitely includes the ability to wear multiple hats (all at the same time) but we would like you to add to that list the ability to effectively deal with conflicts.  Think of the conflicts inside your team right now and your own conflicts at work as well.  Leadership involves great people management skills and people have conflicts.  Our Leadership Skills Workshop will help you learn new ways of supervising and motivating those you oversee and managing the conflicts within your team.
